Blog EntrySurvivor China***At last!!Nov 9, '07 11:16 AM
for everyone

I love my hubby to death, but when I watch Survivor I want the tv to myself and be sure and hear everything that is said because if you don't you may miss some type of conspiracy that they're trying to pull on someone.    He decided to watch it with me last night, and I was explaining a few things and he was trying to tell me this person or that should do this.   So I had to listen to him with one ear and listen to the show with the other, decided to put captions on. LOL  Of all things, at the end of the show, he started trying to figure out if James did this or that with his 2 idols how everything would come to pass. That's the reason I won't play dominoes with him, while on breaks where he worked, they played it all the time. And they knew what each other had by counting them.  So this is what he was trying to do, and I'd say uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh. I don't know what he said.

Finally, people, J.R. is gone!!!  Victory dance, but whoa, James shouldn't be too sure of himself, he could've very easily been sent home last night, even with two immunity idols in his backpack.  Little advice here James, they don't help if you keep them in your backpack.  He looked like a deer caught in the headlights when the tabulations were going on.  Another funny moment.  Anyway, still feel sorry for Denise, and she could use the money, I know lunchroom workers make very little money, or at least they did. But I doubt she has a chance.  Frosty still looks good, Todd is going bonkers...and Courtney is doing her little victory dance, but she's not going to last much longer.

Can't wait till Sunday to see Amazing Race, it's already made me happy with the couple (donkey abusers) that got kicked off last week. If you've missed the first episode, be sure and catch this one, you won't have missed much and they usually give a quick re-cap of what happened last week, and you'll be all caught up.  I love this show to death.

Anyway, I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.  Oh, and for those of you who would like, I have put some pics of Jake up.  I had trouble getting them to show. And if you will, some of you, let me know if you can see them. I will attempt to put more on later.  Love y'all.

for everyone

Oh my goodness! The funniest episode ever!

Observations: Courtney-NY waitress is letting everyone know again that she doesn't like anyone in the game. How does she think she's going to get anywhere if she keeps that up.

Good for Frosty winning the individual immunity. Courtney will try and use him but I hope he can see through her.

Jean Robert threatening Todd, but Todd needs threatening because he thinks he has the run of the game.

It was so hysterical tonight when Jamie thought she was pulling a fast one on everybody. Even talking to the camera and saying how she was "trying" to play the dumb blonde.....I think she played it to the hilt. I thought she might have been smart and actually looked the real idol over carefully but she took the one she had to be the same as the one she found in Jame's bag. I hate when people go through other peoples bags. At the tribal council, she showed Jeff what she thought was the idol and then she was voted off after Jeff let her know it wasn't the immunity idol. James almost burst out laughing. I got a good cackle when I saw that part. LOL

Who do you think should go next? I can't wait to see Jean Robert go, but Todd and Courtney are really getting on my nerves too.

Be sure and catch Amazing Race starting this Sunday! I can't wait!!

for everyone
Since I have so many friends who like Survivor, I thought I'd try and write a short blog whenever I can about the last episode.

Leslie, the Old Christian woman, got cut tonight. Those are not my words, her tribe was calling her an old woman and didn't like the fact that she was Christian either to tell you the truth. Yes, she made quite a few mistakes. First off, trusting the "gay Mormom boy", lol. I'm sorry, I'm not being prejudiced, this is just the way Survivor even announced him. I can't remember his name, first off, but he is one of the most conniving people in the tribe. He has to be watched. And then when she announced to her team that she told them about their team, hmmm, Leslie, that was a no-no. But you know, I don't think I care for very many people on that tribe, so it will be nice to see a few more of them leave. I surely don't like the "gravedigger" and Jean Robert. They were disgusting as they stood in the water and talked about the little waitress from NY. Here again, I don't care for her either. And she is so durn skinny, how in the world is she going to last months??

Okay, so where do I go from here? I'm not familiar enough with most of the Survivors so it's hard to say who I'm for, it's easier to say who I don't like right now. Hopefully, a few more episodes and I'll have my favorites.

I missed a little here and there because my little Jake was asking to play with me and talking my head off which I'm so thankful for. Just yesterday he was terribly sick and had been sick for 2-3 days. Yesterday he was lethargic and didn't say much of anything. So that's okay. :) He's much more important than Survivor. LOL Jake did watch a little with me, while they were fighting and trying to push each other off in the water. He loved that!

So what are your thoughts? Have you got any favorites yet? Who do you dislike?

for everyone
Glad to see Survivor back on. I was a little upset to see that the players had to enter a Buddhist temple and follow the directions of the "whatever they are called". Bowing down over and over to the false idols. I thought it was uncool although Jeff said that it wasn't worship but it was a way of welcoming them to the temple. Well, if that wasn't a type of worship, I don't know what is. I was very impressed by the Christian talk show host who felt bad about it and told them why. Hope she can carry her witness throughout the game. Especially after watching the so-called Christians on BB8 who had foul mouths as well as those not proclaiming Christianity.

I only took notice of a few people, hard to know them well, till you've seen them for awhile. One who stuck out was the wrestler girl who looked like she had been hooked twice by my fisherman hubby. Why do people do that? It was so disgusting to look at her with the rings in her lips. I was actually hoping she would be the first to go, she had got very sick and wasn't much help. But for some reason, (I'm beginning to see a pattern here) they got rid of Chicken (chicken farmer) from W.V. who would have been a tremendous help to them. Hmmm, maybe because of his age???

Anyway, I know there are some of my friends who like these shows too, so I thought I'd write down my thoughts. Have a great day!
